The Shimano Stradic FI is a proven winner perfect for the weekend angler. Shimano’s all new Propulsion and Paladin Gear System and smoother drivetrain give you greater casting distance with increased accuracy. The Propulsion Line Management System utilizes a cutting edge propulsion spool, SR one-piece bail wire and Power Roller. The Paladin System features an aluminum drive gear along with a brass pinion gear system. The Stradic FI utilizes the Aero Wrap II Oscillation and titanium coated spool lip to reduce backlash and wind knots from forming while giving you a more fluid line lay. The waterproof drag system prevents dirt and water from reducing the reels performance while the maintenance port allows for easy access to the drivetrain. The machined aluminum handle has Septon handle grips and a direct drive mechanism that is threaded directly into the drive gear to increase power. With sizes up to 8000 there aren’t many fish that the Stradic FI can’t tackle.
