The Shimano Stradic 8000 FI is a reel that's built to handle the type of fish you want to catch.  Weighing in at 20.5 oz., with a 42” line retrieve per crank, this is a durable reel with speed you need.  The reel is constructed of an Aluminum Frame and Spool and Graphite Sideplate and Rotor to maintain rigidity as well as it's lightweight.  The Machined In, Septon Grip Handle lets you power the crank. The Propulsion Line Management System utilizes a cutting edge propulsion spool, SR one-piece bail wire and Power Roller giving you longer casts, less friction and greater line life. The Paladin Gear Durabilty Enhancement System features an aluminum drive gear along with a brass pinion gear system making the 8000 FI a durable reel that can crank in those hard fighting fish.
