The Shimano Clarus Casting Freshwater Rod series are constructed from IM-7 Graphite and are versatile, durable, lightweight, sensitive and high quality rods that are great for catching fish like trout, bass, walleye, snook, striper, muskie and redfish. All rods of this series have New Concept Fuji aluminum oxide guides which are Gudebrod thread wrapped. Some of the casting rod models also have a Fuji Exposed Blank reel seat. There are varying actions and powers of these rods to suit individual needs. The rods also have convenient hook keepers and Grade A cork handles. The Clarus Casting series comes with a Shimano limited lifetime warranty.
