Penn Conventional Level Wind Reel - 209LC is Special Order (ships in 5-7 business days)The Penn 209 LC Convention Level Wind Reel has been designed to allow you to fish in both salt and freshwater, with a focus on trolling. The spool is black anodized aluminum for easy casting, while the drag is Penn’s exclusive HT-100 Multi-disc star drag system, which gives you extreme smoothness and stopping power.
