Okuma Salina Bait Feeder
Okuma designed the Salina Bait Feeder Reels to be a salt water fishing machines. Okuma wanted to reduce the weight and bulk of the reel and came up with the Body Blade Design which has a more narrow profile for a more compact, lighter reel. The Salina Bait Feeders feature the patented On/Off Auto Trip Bail Feeding Function which allows you to use the reel as a standard spinning reel or a bait feeder with the touch of a button. The Salina Bait Feeder uses a Dual Force Drag System for increased drag pressure and smoother operation. The Patented Elliptical Oscillation System uses elliptical shaped gears for greater stability and enhanced line lay. The gears are constructed using High Density Gearing which makes the main gear 50 % stronger than standard gears due to a unique alloy composition. Along with the Stainless Steel Bearings, Rigid Die cast Aluminum Frame, Rotor, Sideplate and Handle the Okuma Salina Bait feeder line of reels are made for serious anglers.
