Wire Fishing Line

Wire fishing line is used for trolling applications where baits and lures need to be trolled in relatively deep water to reach the fish. Fishing line wire is spooled on to a conventional reel with a brass spool or other spool designed for wire fishing line. Fishing line wire sinks as it is deployed behind the boat during trolling and drags the lure or bait down to the desired depth. We offer wire fishing line that is marked every 50 feet so you can know how much line you are trolling without using a line counter. Fishing line wire comes in various breaking strengths and wire compositions for you to choose from.
