The BF-JB601MHR model of the Beefstick JB-Conventional Fishing Rod is suitable for catching most kinds of fish you may hook on to while fishing coastal waters. The rod itself is very sturdy and durable since it is made from solid E-Glass that is reinforced with woven graphite. There are eight guides on this model and the material used is a high quality aluminum oxide that is not prone to cutting or nicking the line.  The guides are attached with a double wrapping in a custom diamond design then epoxy coated.  The power of the model is Med. Heavy with a Regular Action.  It's 6’0”,  1 piece constuction allows for a line weight of 15 to 50 pounds and the lure weight can be from 1 to 5 ounces.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
