Team Daiwa Advantage-HSTA TDA153HSTA Baitcasting Reel allows you to fish with confidence. This low profile reel is super tuned to give you power, stability and the efficency to cast even the lightest of lures effortlessly.

The frame and sideplate of this reel is constructed of a solid piece of ultra strong aluminum stock which will hold up to any punishment it is put through.  There is a lightweight free-floating spool that gives you maximum line capacity, and to prevent a fish from running unexpectedly, there is Daiwa’s Magforce-Z automatic magnetic anti-backlash breaking system. This reel comes with a swept handle that provides less wobble, a great feel and maximum winding power; it also has dual soft touch hand grips for added convenience. In order to prevent you handle and spool from back-spinning while you cast, Daiwa has equipped this reel with their Infinite Anti-Reverse.

The free-floating spool rides on ten high performance, the stainless steel ball bearings and one roller bearing allow your reel to function smoothly and effortlessly. The drive train of this reel is a rugged six point drive train, performing and staying inline even under the heaviest of loads. This reel comes with a super drag which consists of Daiwa’s Seven-disc Wet Drag System with Daiwa’s fiber composite and stainless steel washers that allow you to control the fish with ease.

Warranty Information:
Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
