This rod is one piece and 6’6” long with heavy power and extra fast action. It is a great casting rod for catching bigger freshwater fish as well as many types of saltwater fish. The line rating of this model is 12 – 25 pounds and the lure rating ½ - 1 ½ ounces. There are ten Gudebrod wrapped New Concept Fuji aluminum oxide guides total along this rod to handle both the line and the stress you're going to put on it. The handle is made with Grade A cork and there is a hook keeper for when you're on the move. The foregrip is 3” long and the reargrip 9”.

To request warranty repairs on a United States warranty claim, send your rod, postage prepaid, to Shimano or return it to the retailer that it was purchased from. To request warranty repairs on a Canadian warranty claim, send your rod, postage prepaid to Shimano. All warranty requests must be accompanied by a valid dated sales receipt and a brief note describing the difficulty you are experiencing with the rod in as much detail as possible.
