The completely redesigned Shimano Sustain FE is the choice of top anglers.  Shimano’s all new Propulsion and Paladin Gear System make this reel cast farther and with greater accuracy all with a noticeably smoother drivetrain.  The Propulsion Line Management System utilizes a cutting edge propulsion spool, SR one-piece bail wire and Power Roller. The Paladin System features an aluminum drive gear along with a brass pinion gear system. The Sustain FE utilizes the Aero Wrap II Oscillation and titanium coated spool lip for smooth castability and fluid line lay.  The Sustain FE has Shimanos’ waterproof drag, thread-in machined aluminum handle and convenient maintenance port making this reel the choice for power and durability.
