The Shimano Tyrnos 30 Lever Drag Reel is the reel you need for Heavy Duty Saltwater Fishing.  The Tyrnos 30 is part of the Shimano Metal Series Line, with a Die-cast Aluminum Frame and Braces, and Graphite Sideplates making this an incredible fish fighting machine.  With an Oversized Handle Shank, the Tyrnos 30 gives the angler more power per crank to help gain line on those fish that just won't give up.  The inside of the reel is designed with a High Speed Gear Ratio (5.0:1) so bringing up the bait and moving spots won't take all day.  A-RB (Anti-Rust) Bearings are specially treated to prevent corrosion a fight off the effects of salt water.  The Alternating Twin Pawl Anti-Reverse System locks up the spool and delivers the hooksetting power you need when fishing for Big Game Fish.
