The Daiwa Saltiga Surf SA-S 1503XHFB Surfcasting Rod is the Big Boy of this series and can be used to haul in just about anything you set your hook into.  This three piece rod is 15’ long and built using the V-Flex Ferrule System which makes it easier to break down so you can even fit it in a car.  The blank is made of Power Slim HVF Graphite and this construction makes the rod strong, sensitive and durable. This model has eleven Fuji New Concept Alconite Guides that will last for years, a power rating of Xtra Heavy, and a Fast Action to top it off.  The lure weight ranges around a huge 8 to 12 ounces, and this rod can handle line weights of 25 to 50 pounds.  The balance of the rod can be customized for the person fishing it with the adjustable balance weight.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
