The Daiwa Saltiga Inerline Surf rod model SA-S702LFS-I is the smallest of this series. The two piece rod has a length of 7’ with a line weight range of 8 to 17 pounds, with the lure weights ranging between 0.5 and 2 ounces. The power of this rod is light and the action fast for a challenging fight with aggressive fish. There is a Fuji DPS Reel Seat that can accommodate both conventional casting and spinning reels. The 360° tip remains tangle free since the line runs through the blank which is constructed with the Hyper-Dry technology which keeps the inside dry for smooth casting and retrieving of the line. Other notable features are the V-Flex Ferrule, EVA Grip and Power Slim HVF Graphite material used for constructing the blank.
