The model SA-S1002MHFS-I from the Daiwa Saltiga Interline Surf series is a 10’, two piece rod that that handles line weights from 15 to 30 pounds, and lure weights from 3 to 6 ounces. The Med-Heavy power works great with its Fast Action for getting that line way out into the surf. The blank is made of Power Slim HVF Graphite which is extremely strong and durable. The inside of the rod contains the Hyper-Dry technology that keeps the inner parts dry which allows the line to flow freely for long casts and smooth retrieves. There are no guides on the rod and therefore no tangling of the line.
