The Daiwa Emcast Surf EC 1503XHFB is a 15' surfcasting rod suitable for not only hauling in that big fish, but also breaking down into three sections small enough to fit in a car. The blank is made of graphite which makes it strong, lightweight and sensitive enough to feel even the slightest takes.  This model has eleven guides that make up the Daiwa Long Cast Guide System and help with increased casting distance.  The guides are all large, lightweight, and well equipped with ring inserts made of aluminum oxide.  This model features Xtra Heavy Power and a Fast Action for increased casting and lure control, a line weight of 25 to 50 pounds and a lure weight of 8 to 12 ounces.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
