There is a stainless hooded Reel Seat teamed up with the Daiwa Long Cast Guide System that included 7 guides.  It's rated as Med Heavy Power with a Fast Action, so tossing your favorite surface plug out into the surf will be no problem.  The line weight is 15 to 30 pounds and it's rated for lure weights from 3 to 6 ounces. The graphite blank is both strong and sensitive, while the grip is hand-wrapped and made with high density Duracork, so holding on tight when you've hooked a monster is no problem.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
