It has Med-Heavy power and is a Fast Action rod. The line weight is from 15 to 30 pounds and the lure weight can range from 3 to 6 ounces. There are five large guides on the rod that each have an aluminum oxide ring insert. It also comes with a stainless hooded reel seat and a Duracork Grip for long lasting comfort. The blank is made of graphite, but protected by X-Tube which prevents wear and scratches. The sensitive blank enables easier detection of bottom conditions and light pickups so you don't miss a thing.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase. Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary. This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
