The Daiwa Beefstick Surf, Jetty & Big Cat model BF-SA702MRS is a 7’ long spinning rod suitable for catching smaller sized shoreline game fish.  The rod features a Regular Action and a Medium Power rating.  It handled lure weights that range from 0.5 to 2 ounces and  line weights of 10 to 20 pounds.  The blank has a non-glare finish and is very sturdy, since it's made from tubular fiberglass.  There are five guides on this rod and they all have the double thread wrap, heavy frames and are made of cut-proof ceramic for long distance casting and extended line life.  This is all topped off with an EVA grip and Fuji reel seat.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase.  Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary.  This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
