Daiwa Silvercast-A SC120A Spincasting Reel is Special Order (ships in 5-7 business days)Daiwa has really made one of the most universal Spincasting Reels on the market when it comes to design of the Daiwa Silvercast-A SC120A Spincasting Reel. If you are an angler that wants smooth operation as well as comfort, then this is the reel for you.
The design of this reel, both inside and out is extremely impressive. The reel comes with premium pre-wound line. There is a rotating, Titanium Nitrided line pickup that turns with the retrieve of the line, the result, less line wear for easier casting. To ensure smooth operation, Daiwa has put three ball bearings inside this reel. The outside of this reel is constructed of Hardbodyz rigid aluminum alloy which assists in keeping the entire reel aligned, even under the heaviest of loads. There is a very comfortable and reliable Soft Touch Hand Grip on the handle. Some Spincasting Reels don’t perform like they should because the line aperture design is poor, Daiwa fixed that problem with their oversized line aperture which will allow you smooth casting every time. The drag is adjusted by a dial and has discs inside to insure super performance all the time.
