The rigid aluminum frame and side sideplate supports the drive train so you don’t have to worry when reeling in hard fighting game fish. The aluminum guard plate on the TDZLN100HA protects the finish on the top of the reel. The swept handle on this Baitcasting reel is designed to produce less wobble, give you maximum winding power, and with it’s dual soft touch grips, provide great comfort. For faster starts and longer spins, Daiwa has put their perforated free floating spool on the TDZLN100HA; you also have the ablility to quickly change spools when needed.
The drag on this reel has a click adjustment, with eight discs which make up Daiwa’s wet drag system. There are six ball bearing total inside this reel, 4 CRBB (Corrosion Resistance Ball Bearings), 2 stainless steel ball bearings, and one roller bearing; which combined give this reel amazing speed and smoothness.

Daiwa will repair or replace any Daiwa rod or reel which proves defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of original purchase. Retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event warranty work becomes necessary. This warranty does not cover lost parts, malfunctions due to abuse, accident or normal wear, or, cleaning or relubrication required due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Repairs to your Daiwa reel due to abnormal use, modification or beyond the warranty period are available for a reasonable charge, from Daiwa's Factory Service Department.
