Team Daiwa’s Viento Baitcasting Reel is a tournament grade baitcaster reel at a more than reasonable price. It comes equipped with all the performance and reliability that you have learned to expect from Daiwa. The frame and sideplate are made of solid aluminum to withstand all the harsh punishments that saltwater fishing hands out.  The spool is free floating and made of lightweight perforated aluminum. Team Daiwa Viento also comes with Daiwa’s unique Twitchin’ Bar. With a touch of the thumb you are able to pick up seven inches of line immediately, or cause a simple “twitching” action to a jig causing even inactive fish to strike. This baitcaster has a dual ended handle with comfortable soft touch grips. On the top of this reel is a Titanium Nitrided line guide which is ultra smooth and cut proof. The Team Daiwa Viento features six stainless steel ball bearing, plus roller bearings. There are precision machined high-strength alloy gears to allow you to bring those huge game fish with ease.
