Next-Day Air taking 4 days, receiving someone else's order instead of mine, being told they had no way to confirm on-line orders because there catalog #'s didn't match and it was pretty much luck if your order arrived correctly and last but not least a company couldn't process my order until they went to an employees house to use his/her computer to download the orders and it may be a week or so before they could get there.
